Summary: Nice thing is it's heavy and stays put. Bad thing is that it's heavy and if you have to return it for a leaky tank it's expensive. I don't care what anyone says, these "inexpensive" units do not make a $2000 machine espresso.
Pros: Looks great. Automatic! You don't have to stand there watching it.
Cons: Leaky water tank. Seems to be a regular problem. Some people got a replacement free and some had to pay shipping. It's really not hot enough. I use cream and have to nuke it a tad. Will I get a replacement tank? Stay tuned.
Summary: We have been using this machine daily for a year now and haven't had any problems. I think some of the bad reviews come from unrealistic expectations. Regular espresso makers go for well over $1,000 and this one retails for less than $200, of course it's not going to be as powerful as a professional...
