Summary: When it worked it was good but 28 months later it don't work not so good. Ya say its got a 3 year warr ok but you have to pay to ship both ways 35 to 40 bucks and then Cuisinart does there inspection on it to see if you descaled it every 30 cups of coffee, did I NO that's every 10 days for me. I had a cheap poc never did more than rinse it and and it lasted 4 years. Thought this was a step up watch that step it a killer. So no more cuisinfart for me.
Summary: We hope the stainless steel thermal carafe will last longer and be less breakable than glass carafes, but we do wish the brewed coffee would come out and remain a little hotter. Maybe someday Cuisinart will design a thermal carafe that will be less awkward for pouring the coffee out. Glass carafes seem to pour so much more easily. We also wish the 4 beeps signaling the end of the brewing process were less obnoxious.
Summary: I bought this coffee pot about two years ago and I paid more than I usually do for one. I am disappointed that it has not held up any better than it has. The part where the pot sits is worn and looks bad. I am very good about keeping my coffee pot clean but it still clogs up and spills out the coffee. I would not buy this brand again.
Summary: We did not use this pot that often... probably on average 3 times a week... maybe even two times a week. It lasted 3 years, 10 month. I expect coffee pots to last longer than that. But your call. If you think $100 for a ~4 year appliance is okay - then buy it. It makes good coffee.
Summary: We needed a coffee pot that would fit on the counter under our kitchen cabinets. Most others were too tall or too bulky and took up so much space. We had a white coffeemaker just like this one which we used for at least 4 years. It still works, but we wanted a black one to match our new appliances. It makes coffee in just a few minutes and keeps the coffee hot for a long time. It's simple without all the gadgets that we probably wouldn't use.
Summary: If you want excellent coffee, this is NOT the machine to buy. It's functional and inexpensive but it should have lasted me at least 2 years, no? This is kind of like the machine that you get as a free gift from Gevalia. Out of nowhere just the other day, I made a pot except there was no coffee in the carafe; the water was on the counter and the floor.
Summary: We had a Bunn thermal before this and loved it so after that one finally broke down, we decided to try this brand out. It doesn't take too long at all to make a pot of hot coffee with this coffee maker. I like the fact you can get charcoal filters for it, I really like the three year warranty that comes with this brand.
Summary: I've only used this product once but if it keeps delivering as deliciously, easy and swiftly as the first time, I will have my new favorite kitchen appliance. This sucker kept the coffee HOT 4 hours later!
Summary: I bought two as I drink flavored coffee and my husband drinks regular coffee. I like this product because the size is smaller and two work nicely together on the counter. I like the thermos metal pots. It brews fast.
