Outstanding and versatile coffee maker.

Summary: Looking for a coffee maker offering the convenience of the k-cup system, but concerned about the reliability issues many have had with the Kuerig units, I did some research online and found some highly favorable reviews for this device. Once I started using the unit I realized the favorable reviews were well earned. The maker is very flexible, allowing the use not only of k-cups, but also loose coffee and tea, pods or bags, and plain hot water.
Summary: Consumer Reports gave the Bunn MCU low scores comparing it to dedicated K-Cup machines. Those machines do K-Cups only, and most only their brands proprietary K-Cups. The MCU brews everything, K-Cups, ground coffee, tea etc. This thing rocks! My daughters use it for tea and hot chocolate, my SO will do ground coffee only, guests use the K-Cups.
Summary: I FINALLY love this thing. I wanted to like it from the very beginning but as with many reviewers here, I was having a problem with the drawer leaking when I used a K-Cup to make my coffee. This happened about half the time from when I first got it and I almost returned it to Amazon. I'm glad I didn't now because there is a solution. You will notice that some K-Cups are bowed on the top and this inner pressure has to be released prior to dispensing the coffee.
Summary: I bought my mother a Keurig for Christmas in 2012. Every time I go to her house I enjoy trying a different flavor of coffee. Several times I almost purchased one for myself but the fact that I was limited to buying K Cups or refilling the plastic cups held me back. I ran across a comparison review of the My Cafe Single Cup Multi-Use Brewer and knew it was exactly what I had been looking for. I ordered from Amazon on Saturday and received it on Monday.
Summary: We had 2 Keurigs that lasted about a year each so when we saw a BUNN that used K Cups we were thrilled! We received our Bunn early November, 2013. By early January it was acting up - sometimes you got half a cup of coffee, then other times you got none at all. We followed the directions to clean it but it made no difference. We always use bottled water to make our coffee. Then it would only heat up some of the time. It finally just completely quit doing anything.
Summary: I ordered this brewer based on reviews thinking that I had just made a GREAT purchased but not too long after unpacking I realized that I was WRONG… When I got the brewer, I followed the setup instructions. As of that point, all went well. Then I decided to try my first cup of Joe and that’s when the fun began. In my first try, the water started “splashing” all over the place instead of pouring into the cup.
Summary: I'm about a week in with my Bunn MCU, and couldn't be happier. My last foray into single-serve brewers was a pod machine a number of years back (circa 2005). That didn't last long, as I found the coffee it made to be ridiculously weak, and I didn't like that I couldn't adjust the strength. Back to drip coffee we went, even though I wasn't a fan of the coffee or the fact that it'd sit on a burner for hours. I was introduced to the french press around 2009.
The best cup of coffee this side of a French press. + all hot beverages!

Summary: This personal brewer is the perfect machine for those who want a fresh, HOT cup of coffee every time. I was looking for a single cup brewer that would not only accept k-cups but coffee grounds also. When I saw this had an option for pods and teabags it was like icing on the cake! My mini-Keurig had stopped pumping properly even after using some advice from DIY videos and articles. I am so delighted with this machine.
