Summary: We bought this to replace our 8 year old Breville 600XL that just gave up the ghost. My wife loves this machine. This is by far the the best Keurig machine we have owned. We have a Keurig 450 carafe 2.0 model in our motorhome which is great machine that works fine, but the Breville is faster and so...
Summary: Waited to review till I had this item for a while. It had been almost a year now and I am still very pleased with this item. I have had no problems with it. I use bottled water in it. The features I have a problem with are the basket you can put loose coffee in if you don't have a K cup.
Summary: I have owned this machine for about 3 years. After the first 2 years, the until's pump appeared to stop working. After cycling a half gallon of white vinegar through the unit things returned to normal and the pump started working like new.
Summary: This is the luxury edition for Kuerig brewers. The last I used was the Cuisinart which was my first good quality brewer. I had three Keurig Platinums drop dead, (three families) and one Cuisinart.
Summary: 3rd of these machines that I have owned. The first lasted about 3 years and was replaced (customer service was a little hard to deal with) with a refurbished machine which lasted another 3 years. That one finally stopped pumping water and then started leaking.
Summary: Been using this model for a couple of years now. It will clog the little needle if you fill an Ecopod (reusable K-cup) too full but they are easy to clean out (we've used a sewing needle the compl of times it needed unclogging). Other than that no real issues.
