Summary: This product was a refurbished model purchased due to savings. Guess what? It was broke when it got here. Refurbish what? Instead of sending it back to Canada where purchased; I called customer service and explained. They were very helpful and sent me proper postage to have it sent to them. Customer service was outstanding and sent me a REBUILT coffee maker which she said is better than refurbished. Great coffee!!! Canadian company originally purchased from -sucked!
Summary: Absolutely love this coffee maker!!! Glad I purchased it. The convenience of this maker makes it perfect for a busy family. I waste far less coffee this way and everyone can have the coffee they like. I love that it has the option to brew your own coffee and also has an iced coffee setting.
Summary: This is our second unit. First one still works but we needed another. We've had different brands but the Breville is head and shoulders better than the others. Heater works for years and the linkage to open and shut the didn't get loose and jam like others. The best.
Summary: I looked at both the Keurig and the Breville coffee makers that use the K-cup technology. After watching both in action at Bed,Bath and Beyond I decided the features in the Breville were worth the extra investment. The water filtration and large reservoir capacity is great with guests. It also comes with an onboard my k-cup built into a holder in the lid. No lost filters that way. The menu driven options for temp, brew size and timing are great features.
