Summary: Overall-It is not worth the money I paid for. It doesn't warm the milk and it doesn't really make the milk frothy the way they make it at any coffee house. Also, should you need to add more milk to make it frothy, you have to tilt the milk pitcher causing the milk to spill, plus the wand is too hot, and can't even move it. ugghhh! However, it does make a mean cappuccino!!
Summary: I have had this machine for a couple of years. I can say that I'm making a pretty good espresso and cappucino with it. It did help that I just happen to see a program on food network about making good espresso and cappucino. It's true it only makes one drink at a time, I make them all double shots so that's a bit inconvenient because you have to empty the grinds etc. The steam wand works great but it's not very long so I don't use a very deep pitcher to steam milk.
Summary: Ii purchased this machine over a year ago. I use it every day, multiple times a day. I have had not a single problem with it. The only thing that I don't really care for is how short it is. If you want to make more than a double shot of espresso (I like 5 or 6 at a time), you have to make them 2 at a time, remove the cup, and start over. Also, the steaming wand seems to be at a weird angle, making it a little akward to steam your milk.
