Here's something you won't read in the other reviews. I wish I had read this before I bought.

Summary: For those of you like me who have done the research between Breville, Rancillio, Gaggia, etc... and just can't make up your mind, or you don't want to commit to the price of the Breville because you've had a small entry level espresso machine (under $100) and you're just not sure whether it can...
Summary: This machine is quite a good value for the price. You get dual boilers so you can dial in the temperature of the water for brewing and not be at the mercy of a shared heating unit that also has to make steam.
Summary: I bought elsewhere- Christmas discount. This is, I think, our eighth espresso capable machine so we have some experience with the mechanics of espresso coffee. We have not globetrotted in search of the perfect cuppa, nor do we typically rinse and spit or do comparative analysis.
Summary: I've had this machine for 3 months now, and absolutely love it! I don't know much about espresso machines, but this machine is very simple to use. The factory settings work perfectly, no fiddling required.
Daily workhorse espresso machine backed by EXCELLENT customer service

Summary: This is my fourth Breville espresso machine. I have two primary reasons for continuing to purchase Breville espresso machines: 1) they make damn good espresso at home and 2) Breville customer service is top-notch. Long ago, I purchase the Breville BES800XL for home.
