Summary: I have the Bosch TAS4511UC Tassimo Single-Serve Coffee Brewer and I will never buy another Tassimo product again. The brewer ruins about one out of three cups of coffee by spraying grounds into the cup as well as all over the counter. T-Cups are expensive and to throw 30% of them away is a huge loss over a year. It's a poorly designed product and a waste of money.
Summary: The only thing I dislike about the Tassimo is that it does not have a reusable cup. The T disk are reasonable to buy, but it would be nice if i ran out I could have a back up. I would buy this over a keurig even if there is a reusable k cup.
Summary: This coffee maker is awesome! My girlfriend and I have mainly different tastes when it comes to coffee. I like mocha's and espressos, she likes flavored coffee like French Vanilla or Hazelnut. With this machine we both get what we want in the morning and since brewing is quite fast, there is little wait time. The T-discs may cost more than a can of coffee, but it's a little hard to produce one cup of coffee for her, then one for me with a regular coffee maker.
You cannot redeem the Free T-Discs with Tassimo when you purchase from Amazon

Summary: I really like my Bosch Tassimo coffee brewer and I would recommend anytime for those who are still undecided. HOWEVER, I just called Tassimo because I wanted to register my brewer with them and found them that you can't register it if you bought yours from Amazon.com! Which means, 1) They can't honor the 1 year warranty if something's wrong with it and 2) you can't get the free gift with registration (2 packages of T Discs). On a happy note, you can still open an online...
Summary: So, I'm not a coffee snob. Or at least I don't think I am. But I do like a good cup of coffee... and "good" is in the eye (or in this case the mouth and nose) of the beholder. I realize everyone has different tastes of what is "good" and "bad" coffee, so that's my warning to preface this review. I plan to review the coffee maker, not the coffee... but suffice to say, I have had a number of "good" cups of joe from my brewer. Now on to the real review...
Summary: Let me first start by saying that I hesitate to call this device by its full name as this is much more than a traditional coffee maker! Honestly though, to most the Tassimo Single Serve Units are no different that the numerous Keurig models on the market; I mean, after all, it is pretty much just the same type of device right?? Well, there's several differences in the product that clearly defines the system.
Summary: purchased in early 2011, with 4 boxes of hot chocolate syrup. did not open until Dec 2011 because I was not at the home where unit was being kept. first attempt to make hot chocolate jammed up the machine and I got no beverage. figured out that syrup was not liquid enough to dispense. cleaned machine according to directions and tried again (after allowing syrup packet to sit in boiling water from microwave to liquify it). that worked and I got a beverage.
Summary: So I have read a ton of reviews on the Tassimos before deciding to go with one. There are a lot of mixed reviews out there. Some love it, some hate it. The customer service for Tassimo sounds non-existant. So I knew all of these things getting into it. I still really wanted one for Christmas. I have had a Keurig Elite for about 2 1/2 years.
Summary: I use my Tassimo especially for lattes. I've purchased Starbucks lattes, as well as other coffee brands. All have been pretty good so far. I also use it for hot chocolate occasionally. Both the lattes and hot chocolate use two pods, one of which is for the milk. You start with the pod 1 of 2, and it will let you know when to switch to second. I think this capability is an advantage over the Keurig.
