    Have owned a smaller oster coffee grinder for over ten years and it operates fine. The cuisinart model CUI DCG-12BC provided a larger grinding basket, but the motor burned out after about 10 uses. This is a piece of junk and nobody should consider purchasing this product.

A single On/Off button controls grind consistency, and it has a built-in safety interlock and cord storage. The unit measures 8.9 x 5.9 x 5 inches and weighs 3 lbs.

With Measurement Markings, users can measure and grind the exact quantity of coffee beans needed for up to 18 cups at once. It features an On/Off control, a built-in safety interlock that prevents operation unless lid is securely closed, heavy-duty motor and stainless steel blades. It is dishwasher-safe and comes with a lid that allows for extra coffee to be stored in grinding bowl. The DCG-12BC also features cord storage and comes with an instruction book.
