Summary: The clear plastic lid incorporates a red button that activates the on/off switch, and this is an important safety feature that is intended to prevent the mill operating with the lid removed, which could cause serious injury. After 3 months of occasional use the on/off switch failed in the 'ON Position' meaning that the mill operates continuously when connected to a power supply, and can not be controlled using the red button, and IT CONTINUES TO OPERATE WITH LID REMOVED.
Summary: Unfortunately this grinder is not suitable for purpose. I have owned this grinder from new for nearly 4 months now and it has developed and serious fault. You cannot start or stop the grinder from the main switch and you can also operate it without the lid in place. [...
Summary: This isn't a bad grinder, but it isn't a good one either. It's really average. The grind is very uneven and the blades are quite high up in the chamber so there is always a lot of fine coffee dust trapped under the blades and it awkward to clean out. The only plus I can think off is that it is quiet.
Summary: I've had two of these. Each lasted about two years - grinding coffee once or twice a day. It's absolutely fine while it works, but then the grinding blade comes loose from its spindle and there's nothing more you can do for it.
