Summary: I was under the impression this would work with my 4th gen IPOD touch - not so. I even called Sony who confirmed it would not work with an IPod Touch 4 gen. When I called Electronics Expo their customer service person was "oh well".
Frickin' awesome, serves as an excellent iPod/iPhone speaker system.

Summary: I bought a boombox dock a few years back and hated the weak sound and crummy construction. I just got an iPhone 4 from work and have sev-1 on-call responsibility (if it escalates high enough), so I needed the phone close to me in case of a work call.

Summary: I've owned the previous two versions of this Sony iPod/iPhone clock radio, and I still say it is the best you can buy. I just keep buying them for more rooms / friends and everyone seems to agree.
Summary: Very buggy. It will work half the time. If you try to operate iPod through touch screen - it will not wake you up. for the last couple months it was a whole procedure to put in in base the way it would recognize the iPod. Got the Altec Lasting to replace it.

Summary: This item has so many reviews already, there's not much I can add. The sound from this unit is pretty good. It sounds much better when playing music from the iPod Touch than it does when playing the radio. I have the iPod Touch version 4, and it plugs in easily to the port.
Summary: Ok, excuse my dorky "Street Fighter" throwback, but these speakers truly are incredible. Incredible and unexpectedly powerful for such a tiny little system. I bought these for my husband for Christmas.
