  • Summary: Volume down button started to only occasionally work after 1 year, and after 3 years broke entirely. Other than that had no problems, good reception, CD player always worked, but it's likely going to cost about as much to repair as to buy new.

  • Summary: My husband gave this to me as a gift several years ago. I guess I've been lucky, since the radio reception is fine and it plays all the CDs I've ever tried on it, including home-burned ones. However, within just a few months the button to lower the volume stopped working.

  • Summary: There are very few under-counter radio options besides the Sony, which probably explains its popularity more than any other factor. Given the space constraints, the reception is decent considering the antenna is in the power cord, though we have strong signals in a major metropolitan area.

It has a very streamlined design and looks great in her kitchen. Really compliments stainless steel appliances and grantie counter tops.

Easy to use kitchen clock radio.

  • Summary: The mounting spacers were not long enough. I had to make my own out of plastic electrical conduit which worked quite nicely.I also had to purchase new longer screws. Great....but

Laurie Twiss, Amazon

  • Summary: This is a great item. I bought it as a gift and the recipient LOVES it. The sound is fantastic and you end up only really hearing it in the kitchen and not throughout the other rooms in the house. BUT, it doesn't mount correctly because of some type of defect in one of the corners.
