Summary: Projecting time on a ceiling is not a new idea but this time it's very sharp and bright thanks to LED technology and a focus wheel. The clock radio is pretty to look at and very compact. However, the controls are very difficult to use. Setting the alarm is extremely complicated and cumbersome. The single speaker is of the quality of a $10 radio. It's a cute bedside alarm once the controls are figured out and the myriad buttons understood. Is it worth $59.95? No.
Summary: I purchased this clock for the nice large projection of time on my bedroom ceiling. Also, two alarm settings with nature sounds are much more pleasant to wake up to than harsh buzzing. Takes a little effort to program everything but the detailed instructions are not that difficult. I feel the clock is a little too large to take on trips but it is perfect for daily use at home.
Pros: Durable, Good Sound Quality, Great Reception, Lightweight, Long Battery Life
Summary: love it, easy to use if directions are followed, love that it has 2 different alarms, I get up earlier on Fridays and it's really nice not having to constantly reset the alarm. The sounds for sleep are nice to listen to while falling asleep.
Pros: Good Sound Quality, Great Reception, Lightweight
Summary: I like having the time projected on my ceiling at night. This clock has a great projection feature that is adjustable, turns on/off with the press of a button, can be pointed in different directions and can be oriented 90, 180, 270, 360 degrees. The display can be set bright, dim or off with the push of a button, and projection clock remains on even when the display is off. Dual alarms are set independently.
Summary: I bought this for the time projection on the Ceiling. It's great... just plug it in. Like much better than the more expensive units at Brookstone. The sound is ok, esp. for the price. Temperature display is a bonus. Great product for the price. Wonder why previous review is excellent, but only gives 3 stars.
