Summary: Searched high and low for a clock radio that had everything we wanted and this fit the bill. A little more than we wanted to spend, but looked and looked for months and never found anything cheaper that was so full featured. Liked that it has an Audio In port which you can sort of see on the picture, but which I didn't find in any of the product specs.
Summary: I was surprised at the excellent sound quality from such a small radio. It does not take up much space on the table, the display is an orange color, but pleasing enough. You can dim or brighten the display with the use of the knob on the bottom of the radio. The ability to see the frequency of the station you are looking for on the display is a big advantage. No guesswork involved.
Summary: After trying this out, I found that the alarms are not as flexible as I had hoped. I would have kept it anyway if the quality of the radio had been better, but it was very poor. It has a tinny vibration to it. Very annoying.
Summary: This is a beautiful looking radio with good sound quality, which is what we were looking for in a clock-radio. Unfortunately, the number display is much different than most clock-radios. Instead of having lit numbers on a black background, the entire display is lit from behind with small numbers that are not lit.
Summary: * Easy, yet functional controls * Soothing display, not too bright and easy to wake up to when set on low (yes, it's adjustable) * Average sounding radio with tinny quality, no EQ * Humane Wake Up feature is a plus, although it doesn't do it with the radio alarm, only the bell * Nap feature is really convenient with settings from 10 min - 120 min in 10 min increments * Snooze button only has one setting, every five minutes.
Summary: I recommend this radio, but you have to test it in your own home to see how the reception is. If you get good reception, this is a great clock radio. Unlike comments on other web sites, the clock and alarm were easy to set. The brightness is easily adjustable. The speaker quality was better than on any other clock radio of similar or cheaper price. The digital tuner is much more convenient than analog tuners on cheaper radios.
Summary: This is a good radio. Reception is very good. I use it at work and the station (FM station) I usually listen too is roughly 55 miles away from where I work and live. Sound is good also. Only wish it had a battery backup for power outages. But it does retain its time and everything for about 15 minutes when you unplug it and move it to another location.
Pros: This is a very nice, compact am/fm clock radio. This model has excellent fm reception with hard wired single pole antenna. The am is helped with a terk am advantage placed next to radio. Highly recommended.
