Summary: I bought this clock/radio because it is the model they had in a hotel during my stay. I liked the gradu-wake alarm (the volume comes up slowly). I find that I wake up more natually. My old alarm clock would jar me awake. I also like that it has two alarms that can be used individually or together, and I like the dimming in the display. The radio function does not work.
Summary: This is the best alarm clock I have ever owned. It is small so it takes up very little space on my already crowded night stand. The soft green light is pleasant and not distracting in the dark like some clocks I have owned. It has two alarms that are very easy and quick to set, much more so than my old clocks.
Summary: Bought this for my mother who is in a nursing home recovering from surgery. Thought it would be nice for her to have a little music and see the time. The light on clock did not work from the start. After a couple of days use my mothers nurse came in and smelled burning, the clock/radio was very hot to the touch.
Summary: I've owned one of these for a few months now, and in the interests of full disclosure, I seem to be hell on clock radios. So...when the snooze alarm feature stopped working properly last week, my first thought was that somehow I had killed another one. But as a science project, I decided to "reboot" the clock by unplugging it AND removing the backup battery, and reconnected everything and reset it. This morning, the snooze worked properly, three times in a row. Bliss.
Summary: I finally found the perfect alarm clock. It is so easy to set the time and alarm. I've had other high end brands that I couldn't set properly and threw out. This is small, but easy to read. Love the snooze feature and the ability to set a nap without messing up the regular setting. I don't listen to the radio in bed, so that isn't a factor for me.
Summary: Best features: 1. ramp up alarm volume (starts an a peacefully quiet volume so you can wake nicely and smack it before it gets to the waking the dead volume) 2. all the buttons on top turn into a snooze button so you can't accidentally turn it off (press one small on/off button twice, very intentionally, very precisely, to silence alarm till next day) 3.
Summary: This is a good, simple alarm. I liked the battery back up. The dual alarm & snooze work well. My only complaint is that the radio dial isn't digital. It has good reception, for what it is, though. I had a different clock radio for so long that getting used to the new buttons is necessary, of course.
Summary: Nice alarm clock, I looked for a long time for the right design, look and feature set. This alarm is a good size and shape, it looks clean lined and attractive without calling too much attention to itself. I love the large green #'s, not so jarring and more soothing than red #'s. It is easy to use, has battery back-up, dual alarm times, programmable snooze time, progressive alarm beep (combined with the all button snooze feature) makes it easy to use when you are half a...
Summary: This item is an excellent alarm clock. The slowing increasing volume of the alarm is a very nice feature. It has all the needed options...dual alarm times, snooze button, wake to radio or alarm, quick nap alarm setting, and a high/low dimmer for the LED's. The only downside to this item is the radio as the music sounds terrible but what AM/FM Clock Radio this size doesn't? However, it's fine for news and talk shows.
Summary: Finally! I found an alarm with the features I want, and at a low price. This one is a nice size (not too big, not too small), has a "Nap" feature, and an ascending alarm tone - all nice attributes for me. The Nap function can be changed from the 20 minute default to 10, or 30, 40, etc. I love this alarm clock!
