Summary: Whatever you do, DON'T buy one of these. My 14 year old son spent all his hard earned savings on one. It broke and was replaced. Broke again and was replaced. Broke again and was replaced. Now that the latest one is broken, he's been told by orange that as the purchase was 9 months ago and it only has a six month warranty, he must buy another. DON'T BUY ONE! Instead, take six £20 notes and burn. There..... much easier and less stressful.
Summary: The price was great and I liked the ZTE Skate from the box. It was my first smartphone and easy to set-up and use. However, in less than two weeks the screen would go black when connected to a dialed number and although the call continued it was impossible to do anything else with the phone until the other party ended the call. Initially I thought that this was an inconvenience I could live with; but it was a disaster!
Summary: I bought this during black friday as a gift for my wife. After 3 months the mic does not work any more and I have no chance to have this fixed, since I live in Italy. Summary: I've had this phone for about 6 weeks and have had nothing but constant problems. The OS has failed so that the phone had to be flashed. The 'latest' software version was older than the version that was originally on the phone. The battery later failed such the phone could not be charged.
