Summary: I was disappointed with this phone. Most annoying thing was when it locked up during calls. Had to reset it by removing the battery. Touch screen was unresponsive, quite frustrating at times. Despite the dual core processor, the phone felt sluggish at times. I was quite happy when it died after 16 months as I had an excuse to get something better.
Pros: Nice crisp screen
Cons: Unresponsive touch, locks up during calls, sometimes sluggish, died after 16 months.
Summary: I bought this phone because of the specs that seemed to be great for that price. After few days of using this phone, bugs appeared (freezing: while calling, while playing and then by doing mostly everything). Updating won't solve the problem at all, the updates are hard to find even if you use the ZTE update tool which keeps saying you're already running the latest update (when you are not).
Pros: Great specs, but that's all
Cons: Battery life, unresponsive touch, lack of (useful) updates, lack of (useful) update tool, lots of bugs
Summary: This phone is rubbish it freezes all the time, Messages take forever to send & receive. You have to take the battery out EVERY DAY and sometimes 3-4 times a day if you are lucky. The camera is pants point and click while that is going on go read a book because the camera is so slow your subject has upped and gone. It needs charging every single day the touch screen gets so messy with finger prints you can't see the face.
Summary: When I received this phone, I thought it was great, but as time went by, things got bad....really bad! Didn't receive text messages, no signal at all, calls 4 people at once, just pure havoc! Never said this before, but, I must say this is the worst phone I have ever had! Wouldn't recommend at all!
Cons: Doesn't work properly, only when it wants to.....
Summary: The phone doesn't recieve some text messages, I get about 30% of my messages. Some calls are missed, it just doesn't pick them up. When you make a call, the phone overheats and actually hurts your ear. Sometimes the phone just freezes, and you have to take the battery out to reboot it. It is really slow on the internet, and often won't pick up a signal, when the person next to you has a wireless connection.
Pros: sometimes it works, I got it as a free "upgrade"
Summary: From bLACKERRY to ZTE i was not over impressed with the first and was sold the ZTE by Phones 4 u i was actually wanting an I phone the phone freezes misses calls and texts .It can not even get photo messsages or send them two year contact actually thinking of buying a seperat ephone as it really is that bad
Cons: The phone freezes daily You can not end calls as the phone has frozen .The screen freezes daily by far the worse phone i have ever owned
Summary: The ZTE Grand X is a terrible phone! I had it for 2 months and I found that I was having to reboot it every day, it only received text messages when it felt like it (I missed an important appointment because of this!) and often froze when making calls, You could have a conversation but when you wanted to hang up the screen was frozen with the call still connected. The only option was to pull the battery. The earpiece would crackle whenever the other person spoke.
Summary: Don't waste your money on this phone, I've only had it for 6 months, and I'm already on my 4th replacement, with everything going wrong with it, from overheating, to faulty launchers, and constant crashing forcing the removal of the battery to continue. Basically, there was no way this phone was ready for release, and should have spent far longer in ZTE's Research and Development Labs....
Summary: Iam really looking forward this phone i saw this device with my friend the device works great the features are quiet good android is the best potion in this mobile the cost is reasonable i going to buy this ASAP..
