Summary: I bought this item as I was in desperate need of a phone at a great price but when I opened it the phone was well packaged etc but if your looking for a new phone that's not new generation then here you are I would think this was an ideal present for a elderly person or someone who doesn't mind what phone there having as it is a great price
Summary: I am very disappointed with this phone, it is very low on storage and even though I bought a bigger sd card it would not transfer to it, it has been into 2 phone shops trying to sort it but no luck, think carefully and compare before buying.
Summary: Many people have been complaining about this phones battery life. I would reccomend as soon as you get this phone to get rid of the widgets! They chomp through batterie life like no other thing I have ever encountered in my life. Or as soon as you get it root it so you don't have all the preinstalled 90 second trials you can't get rid of and the batterie life vampire widgets clogging up your phone.
Pros: Price. Durability. Range of apps.
Cons: Preinstalled apps you can't get rid of. General other bloatwhere.
Summary: I bought this for my partner's birthday as he dropped his phone walking through a river (I know...) and he really wanted a smartphone. I decided as he hadn't had much lucky with phones in the past, I needed something fairly cheap that worked. He was thrilled when he got it and I couldn't get him off it while he was exploring the app store and the other various settings etc. It's been about two months now and it's already starting to pack up.
Summary: Phone keeps for no reason not switching on. Took it to Vodafone shop & they took back off charged it up although had been already charged the assistant said she could not find a fault as it came back on so annoying sorry I bought it I Think it is out of guarantee please advisement it will work for so long & then not switch back oniflecftforashorttime why does it not switch on.Cannot get back off easily & had to go to a vodafone shop for advice.
Summary: I have owned this smartphone for over 6 months and, overall, have been pleased with it. It is an ideal phone to start off with in this sector, however, for the more experience user I think that it does not have sufficient memory or a good enough camera to fully recommend. It has been a great introduction to the world of smartphones but I am now looking to upgrade to a phone that has a better memory for the limited memory makes it difficult to download too many apps, or...
Summary: This is a great phone for new smartphone users and okay for intermediate users, but its flaws can often annoy and frustrate users very quickly if they`re used to faster and better stocked phones.
Pros: Tactile, sturdy, tough, good touchscreen, responsive, SD port
Summary: This was my introduction to the world of Android, being an iOS man to date, and whilst this review is not about the differences between the formats (I don't own enough tin hats for that) I confess to being rather underwhelmed by the experience. The phone itself feels solid in the hand, with the sort of rubberised plastic covering seen on Blackberries a couple of generations ago, Vodafone have tried hard to replicate the "no battery" look of other manufacturers by...
Summary: As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. The Vodafone Smart II is made by Alcatel and is a reasonable quality, entry level touchscreen android smartphone. Fors: Decent screen size and resolution; good wifi and Bluetooth connectivity, feels sturdy and comes with 2GB memory card, charger, USB cable and headphones. Against: Poor quality sound through internal speaker; camera quality not great, the browser can be sluggish and the battery does not last long.
