Summary: The phone is a simple phone. Good for anyone with small fingers because the keys on the qwerty keyboard are very tiny. The camera is not the best, but at least you can take pictures. The blitz lasted for me 2 years and it probably could have lasted another 3 years. Good phone!
Literally, Physically the most durable phone I can think of.

Summary: I was given this phone from a friend back in mid-2008. I was using a very limited plan on Verizon Wireless. In 2011 I switched to a very dependable 50 talk, text & web plan which actually still works great (only when my phone is plugged in to wall, because cells are worn out in it, preventing it from holding the charge of the battery. I then repurchased this phone once after it died out on me after about 2 years(2010). It just died on me two weeks ago.
Summary: I found nothing in the box. Not to mention the box was a for a Pantech Jest 2 and not for the Blitz txt8010. I have since sent an email to famousdeaths telling them and asking if I will be getting what I ordered. No reply at present.
Summary: I purchased this phone as a replacement phone for my 12 year old son, since the ear piece went out on his original phone. I'm glad I told my son not to mess with the phone until we had Verizon restore it the factory settings, because there were things on there a 12 year old should see or read. IF YOU’RE GOING TO SELL YOUR OLD PHONE, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE OFF ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY YOUR NAUGHTY TEXT MESSAGES!!
Excerpt: Bought this instead of a Blackberry ($100 less), expecting to use it extensively for net access. No joy there! The darn thing turns itself on in the case (snap presses against the function wheel and connects me to satellite service or other high dollar services). One bill and I had to have all of the services except phone disabled (I am stuck with this phone). The only good thing is that the keyboard makes it a little easier to make phone book entries.
Good starter phone with qwetry for blitz cell phone

Excerpt: I liked this phone because of the qwerty keyboard and it was a simple phone, good starter phone. The negatives would be the keys are small, no flash for camera and the keys easily gets scratched off. but other than that its a pretty good phone.
Excerpt: It's the greatest phone I've ever had and it's perfect for texting. This phone reminds me of a Blackberry (which is what I was originally going to purchase), but I realized this phone has everything I want in a phone. It does pretty much everything a Blackberry can do. It holds over a 1000 songs AND over 1000 pics.
Excerpt: The Blitz cell phone from Verizon is a great buy. Small keys, get it only if you have small fingers. Huge screen, easy to see. Drops a lot of calls though, and about 1/5 text messages sent out has an error and you have to resend it. Had the phone 4 months now and adore it!
Excerpt: This phone is great! I love the keyboad, and the battery life lasts forever compared to my Krzr that I used to have. It's a little square and bulky, but that is fast made up for by all the features :) The one main problem I have with this phone is that your fingerprints show up on it superfast.
