Summary: The delivery time was acceptable. The phone had a short battery time from 1 to 2 hrs. I got a new battery, but the improvement was not much. The phone worked fine during the up time. Not a happy camper.
Summary: I remember when this phone first came out i was so excited to receive it. Once I got it and started using it, the more and more I hated it over time. This thing was SLOW, even typing slowly it would not handle it, I mean you have to type not much more than 10 wpm for the phone to respond. Another problem is the screen responsiveness was horrible, like it was not calibrated sometimes. I always found myself pressing the wrong thing.
It's a phone that T-Mobile shouldn't have discontinued, but

Excerpt: One of my previous phones was the Oystr, so this was a stepup from my previous three phones. I never dropped it, so dont know the result. It fits the hand comfortably so dropping is less a hazard. The call reception was good for my area, much better than the myTouch Q's. I bought it because my former carrier didn't have reception in my birthplace during visit. The sound, even on speaker phone, is clear on both ends, and the speaker phone doesn't have that hollow sound.
Pros: Good call sound, even on speaker., Good organizer, and alarms even when off., Email decent, should simplify though.
Cons: Doesn't need camera such low end., Music player sluggish tortuous controls., Internet bad, unnecessary.
Summary: After a couple of weeks this phone slows down. I'm not sure why, but it does. It lags in texting, takes a while to go to the next screen.. etc. The collaboration setting doesn't even work. Even if you used the tiniest point to collaborate you will still end up getting something else. The picture quality is horrible. Dusts easily goes under the screen. The weird thing was then I tried to charge it one day and it didn't charge correctly...
Summary: Was surprised to find this phone still selling online at Amazon.Com! My Daugther loves this phone and lost hers. T-Mobile seems to always discontinue the phones that 'she' loves. So I purchased this T-Mobile Tap in midnight blue for her birthday some months ago! She was ecstatic to receive it; and I was ecstatic to be able to give her the phone that she really wanted!
Summary: I have owned maybe six phones in my life, and this one is by far the worst. Ive owned black and white phones that were waaaay better. I had this phone replaced three times, almost a fourth till t mobile realized this phone is absolutely terrible and gave me a new smart phone. DO NOT EVER BUY THIS PHONE!!
Summary: This phone only worked properly for 5 months. The "left side" of the screen no longer works. If I want to dial the 1 I have to press the 4. If I want to dial the 4 I have to press the 7. If I want to dial the 7 I have to press the * button. I cannot erase any text mess. because the option button is located on the bottom "left side" of the phone. So I can no longer send or receive text.
Summary: I got this phone as a present! What a surprise, couldnt tap very well, and had a slow connection to the web.It automatically cut off especially when making a phone call, volume was low and when i brought a 16gig memory card and used it, it didnt read my card right it told me i had a 8gb card!! After a while it stopped tapping. In my opinion not good.
Excerpt: I have this type of phone for almost two years waiting for my contact to run out and in this time period I have had to get about 4 or 5 phones. It does not take much to break this phone. It is very slow when you are trying to text. It turns off randomly and constantly freezes. Another bad thing is that you are unable to set password protection on indidvidual settings like your text messages or emails.
