Cons: The keyboard is horrible, and lacks arrows. The buttons along the sides are all in horrible places. There's no good way to prop it up. It froze up constantly, as others have written. I didn't even keep it a year.
Summary: to call you have top open contacts type in the name then another screen comes up and you have to hit the call button on screen if the call doesn't go thru there is no redial. display doesn't work in bright but indirect light you cannot see display.4G doesnt work 90% of time your in 3G mode even when in the middle of Tmobile's strongest 4G coverage area according to their on-Line data speed map. wont let you move apps to the micro-SD card & is very difficult to navigate.
Pros: it looks fancy and nice & keyboard is great but...lookout, had Sidekick phones Sidekick I B&W Sidekick II color Sidekick LX & now Sidekick android it's horrible the worst one
Cons: It drops calls frequently, freezes up so bad you have to remove the battery and restart it, takes forever to boot up, has limited memory has numerous apps that you cannot remove: twitter, facebook & others,
Summary: Do NOT get a Sidekick 4G. I loved this phone for about a week then that quickly changed. If you had to hurry and dial 911 because you were being chased or in a emergency..you would be in trouble if not dead! Worst phone I have Ever ever had!
Pros: Music Apps and front facing camera
Cons: Battery life, phone blacks out on you, freezes, barely drop it and the whole thing falls apart. Slow..takes forever to reboot and when it freezes, you have to reboot it. I HATE this phone. Never again
Excerpt: Well this is a good phone for what it is. It is by no means the golden child of Samsung. And I am surprised, because Samsung usually pops out some great phones. Usually if it's not Samsung or LG I wont buy it. But I guess everyone is entitled to a few fails. This one though it can be inconvenient when it fails. "HEY! LET ME SHOW YOU SOMETHING ON FACEBOOK!" *phone freezes* It does the same thing when I go to my photo gallery.
Pros: sexy new design, great display, user friendly on most aspects, nice QWERTY keyboard, user friendly on most aspects, nice QWERTY keyboard
Cons: Screen is breakable, Freezes, Runs hot on occasion, Can be a bit of a nuisance at times
Summary: ._. Wow. Ugh, I got this instead of the Samsung Galaxy Smart that had just come out at the same time because this one was free with a rebate and contract renewal instead of $50 for the Samsung. I love phones with keyboards because I text a lot and, quite frankly, I HATE touchscreens and try to use that part as minimally as possible. My first model started screwing up after about 3 weeks. I was PISSED, so when I went in to change my contract, I brought up the phone.
Pros: Great keyboard, fast Internet, charges quickly, very durable
Cons: Randomly freezes and restarts itself, sometimes the touch screen won't work but the buttons will, the web will freeze until you restart the phone instead of closing the program, frequently have to resend text messages, deletes contacts
Excerpt: looks like a very good phone but when you start to use it then it doesnt work very well at ALL! I am a very heavy texter, im a teenager. I dont recommend this phone to anyone! I have replaced the battery, the phone, and downloaded apps to help NOTHING WORKS. it doesnt even last through school and i dont text a lot at school. I turn it off and i send one text and its pratically dead when i turn it back on and after i text a couple times.
Worst phone ever! 4 warranty exchanges in one year.

Summary: I told tmobile I wanted a credit towards a new phone as the one year was coming up and I wasn't getting a fifth one. They said they couldn't help me. So now I'm a happy Verizon customer with a new iPhone 4s. I paid the penalty to get out of my contract I'll never deal with tmobile again. If someone offers you $100 plus this phone just run away..
Pros: Tmobile no longer sells this phone in their line up, even they know it's a piece of junk.
Cons: That they sold this phone at all. Constantly freezes up, you're always taking the battery in and out, your lucky to sent and recieve text messages, calls go straight to voicemail, it one button phone goes somewhere else.
Excerpt: I am on my 5 phone due to bugs in the system. My phone will turn itself off and do a partial restart, which just messes everything up. It will osolate like talking into a fan. when I have had to get support for it, they had to find someone who knew anything about them. I got one because my mom has one. She has had nothing but trouble with hers as well. Stay away from this phone. I would rather go back to a "dumb" phone than forced to use this phone.
Pros: takes a beating, music player is handy. qwerty keyboard...
Cons: over heats, screen freezes, battery drainage/low batter life, touch screen is too sensitive(after having it so long), flips to screens you don't want it to, or when texting you tap a name and it brings you to another person completely.
Excerpt: So for those who thinks that just because this phone is an android that it has to be a monster, your wrong. This is an entry level smartphone. By that I mean, you will not have the specs, bells and whistles as an iphone or the late and great samsung galaxy s3 or htc one. There are several glitches with this phone. The display light dims on its own even when the automatic brightness is turned off.
