Excerpt: It's an okay phone. It lasted me a long time, but then the screen kinda stopped changing to landscape mode when I slid the keyboard out. At the time, it was one of the fastest phones and I loved it. It definitely hasn't aged well though.
Summary: This was an Awesome phone back in the day. I believe I purchased this in 2009, which was one of those "hottest phones, gotta have it, right now". It was great the first 3 years I owned it. Since 2012, it's been rebooting randomly and the screen sometimes fade in black.
Summary: this was my first android. i love the phone but mine keeps randomly restarting. it takes forever to download apps. i go on the market and the only way for the app to be actually downloaded is if i stay on the app. otherwise it doesnt install. over all i give the mytouch 3g a 3 and a half.
Summary: I purchased this phone about 3 weeks ago. I went from a Blackberry Curve to this one so I consider it a huge step up. I love this phone. There are some pros and cons to it. PROS: It's not too big like most of the Android phones these days.
Excerpt: This phone is a good starter phone, but lags behind most android devices. Most of the applications will work with this phone but many will not. My wife has a MyTouch 4G and there are many applications that I cannot download or cannot run because of the slow processor speed.
Pros: Android Operating System, Music Player, Durability
Summary: I really wanted to love this phone, but there were a few things that just didn't work right. I know that Google has no control over how HTC builds a phone, but this phone should have never been released with so little processing power. It was really slow to move between screens.
Summary: phone works as stated, battery life is decent for a 3g phone. I love the android market that comes with the phone. OS works great for a smartphone, cant complain with my purchase. Track ball is a ok feature though i must say i have never used it.
