Summary: My husband would probably give this product a 2-3 star rating, but I think it is a solid 3. I have had this phone a little less than a week and I'll be honest, I'm not in love. It does what I need it to do, but it does occasionally turn itself off and back on again. I think majority of the problems that i do experience with the phone are because of connection issues.

Summary: The phone, in and of itself is fine. This made me very aware of doing my homework 1st, as it was an old generation and did not come with a charger! There were and are better deals and company sent canned responses to ?'s!
Mostly enjoyed it, but the warranty gave me 3 replacements over 2 yrs

Summary: The best part about this phone is its fast Internet connection. It's actually more than 3G, but not all the way to 4G (where available). Using the connection sharing tools like USB Tethering and WiFi Hotspot was like having a portable cable modem or DSL wherever I was. I've had a few memory problems and tried moving some apps to the SD card. That didn't help and it slowed down the system until finally the touch screen wouldn't work. It was replaced under the warranty.
Summary: Great phone with awesome capabilities. Battery life is crucial. Even on days that I did not use it as much , the battery died often . Also it hung up a lot whenever it wanted, may have been the specific phone but I've known someone else to have this issue with the phone as well. I did love the phone for what it was worth , the two batteries helped from time to time as well.
I am not sure its because of the upgrade but this phone being str8t gay

Summary: I bought this phone because of the qwerty keyboard and I hate the all around touch screen smartphone. Not that I want to go toward the all touch screen but this phone is killing me. I got the phone with Android 1..... on it and I immediately upgraded to Android 2.2.1(Froyo). My calls dropping outrageously and I am pissing important people off because of that. I never use to have this problem with my ancient flip phone, so the network is not be to blame.
