Not a worthy phone - Just hardware specs are good

Excerpt: Phone failed within one month of mild usage. Has heating issues and the software is not optimized for the hardware. What is the point in having a good hardware if you cannot use any functionality to the fullest. 3000 mAH drains faster even with mild usage and won't last 12 hrs though i keep constant watch in the apps running in background. Not completely waterproof though you have all the flaps covered. Charging flap gets damaged easily.
Pros: looks beautiful and light weight
Cons: Heating issues, more heating issues, After sales service has become pathetic from sony, Expect 10 - 15 days to fix your phone if your phone has bricked.
Summary: I bought a Sony Z1 via Amazon. within 3 hours I unpacked the phone and turned it on the phone's screen freeze and turned black. Search the issue in internet Re: frozen black screen Sony Z1. Apparently Sony z series phones already suffering from this issue. There is a software update but not clear whether it fixes the issue or not. Hence returned the product to Amazon.
Summary: The cell phone is awesome but it isn't 4g LTE as described!! The model is C6902 not the C6903 which has the faster internet!! So be careful with this detail.... Seller please give the correct information!!
Summary: I unfortunately let go of my Samsung Note to get a Z1 and what a mistake it was. The phone is fairly fast but I have known it crash temporarily on quite a few occasions. Texting is a nightmare - the space button is far to small which constantly sees you putting full stops everywhere. The worst thing is the camera - ita absolutely shocking. Probably the worst camer I have had on a phone. Outside, in perfect condiotions it is decent, but anywhere else you can forget it.
Excerpt: To add to my review below all of the mistakes in it were made by the phones predictive text, not an excuse just a reason and certainly not the phones fault. That is mine for not checking when I had finished. This was written on a laptop. I have now got rid of the Z1 and gone back to a trusty Blackberry, it may not have 1,000,000 useless apps but it works and won't let me down.
Excerpt: I've had this phone since it was released and while I was relatively happy to begin with I've come to hate over time. It's too big, barely fits in my pocket and the screen is a joke. Picture quality is fine on the screen but it comes with a shatterproof screen peroxide on it which is designed purely to prevent the glass from coming out when dropped and smashed, it's not actually shatterproof as they claim, quite pointless in my opinion as the phone is now or less useless...
Excerpt: I am very impressed with how the phone responds and how quickly it goes between apps. Camera is no better then any of the competitions 8MP but my biggest issue is the display itself. It is soft and scratches very easily. According to Sony there is a film on the glass to protect it, the film is not repairable or replacable. It chipped from keys in my pocket (while sitting at the movies).
Summary: The positive thing about this case is that it is designed for the phone, and fits it perfectly inside the plastic grips, you won't have any movement of the phone inside the case. Likewise, the inside of the case is nice and soft, and kind to your phones screen. Other than that, this is a no frills case, which for the price just isn't good enough.
Summary: the phone itself is great apart from one major problem. one of the main selling points to me was the ability to use an sd card but you cannot transfer apps to card which makes the 30 gig sd card i bought pretty much useless
