Summary: At first you will be impressed by this phone, however after having it just a short while I started to find problems arising everywhere. Let me categorise - - The Camera, although being 12MP is awful at taking a picture with a lot of depth/distance. The detail quality lacks significantly. It is brilliant however for close-up shots. They advertise a quick start up for the camera, though I never experienced such a luxury, it takes more around a minute.
Summary: I've owned this phone for 18 months, sadly it's not lasted my full 24 month contract - but I'm not crying about it and here's why. I've had it through 3 OS updates - Gingerbread, ICS and Jellybean. On Gingerbread it worked well, but as soon as the ICS upgrade was put on my phone it became horrendously glitchy.
Pros: A beautiful screen, a decent camera
Cons: Extremely buggy, camera's not as good as you expect it to be, battery life is poor
Summary: I've had this phone for 8 months now and I have to say it has been a nightmare to use! The touchscreen on the phone is difficult to use and unresponsive. It's so slow to use and cannot cope with a few apps open at once. It's wireless hotspot connectivity is useless via bluetooth and only minutely bearable using USB connection. My speakers have for some reason decided not to work on the phone in the last 2 months.
Summary: I have never liked a phone as much as my much-loved Sony Ericsson Cedar, and I would not have gone for an upgrade if it wasn't entirely necessary. So when my 13 month old daughter spilled a cup of juice all over my Cedar and it wouldn't switch on again, I was mortified, especially because I relied heavily on the calendar in it to tell me whether I was coming or going. So when I got to the o2 shop, I first asked for a replacement of my Cedar phone.
Pros: Professional looking, gets a lot of compliments

Summary: GHASTLY PHONE!!! Sure it's fully **** with features - but fails miserably as a phone, too soft incoming call volume and speaker is dreadful.
Pros: Ugh! Biased not - much I changed it for a Galaxy S which , though older is STILL much better!!
Cons: Incoming call volume is too low - tested against Motorola Razr which was much louder. The speaker is absolutely AWFUL. The beast 'feels' much heavier than it is - bad bad weight distribution. And despite nice big screen, widgets are too small and keyboard is fiddly!!
