Summary: The Xperia Ion LT28a cell phone is no longer sold by Sony. This makes it an excellent value, having all the features needed for my purposes. I use the phone for calling, WiFi for all services requiring internet access. I have no need for 3g/4g. It is like having a "dumb" cell phone and an ipod in the same unit. The camera is excellent, GPS works well, all internet-based services are fine.
Summary: i bought this product because sony equals quality, its a great phone, i like the camera and the ram, but i don't like the flash, i would like to have the xenon flash. its a great phone compare with others with the same price, like samsung galaxy SII, this phone is a lot better.

Summary: I have always been a fan of the Xperia series. It is one of the most successful series by Sonly (also, formerly, or Sony Errickson) and over the years I have used a number of models from this series. Actually I came across this series a few years ago when I was looking for a phone with the following characteristics: 1. Very compact 2. Easy to use 3. Superb camera quality 4. Reasonable price I found that the Experia series met all the above requirements.
Excerpt: Xperia Ion HSPA is very good phone for moderate users (not heavy or gamers). The camera is good but lost some function i.e. 3D sweep paronama on updating to Android 4.1.2. Display is fully awesome and packed with full entertainment.
Pros: Stylish body, Stunning UI
Cons: Battery life not as expected, No official update after 4.1.2 as it is mid 2012 range phone.
I love my phone!!!! Love the freedom of external memories.

Summary: I am in love with my phone. The screen is big and bright. I show off to everybody. It says unlocked so hopefully will be easier to use overseas. The pic quality is excellent. I saw other reviews and they said the video is shaky and other flaws, but i decided to purchase anyways. Every time i record something in school my friends loved and put our posts on youtube. The quality is great and not shaky. The voice is clear. The pics are beautiful.
Summary: A lot of people complain about the buttons at the bottom of the screen. It's really no big deal. You can swipe them "up" just like you would swipe "down" for the top menu on the screen. The one really big downside is having a fixed battery - cannot be pulled out as it is hardwired in. I downloaded an app once that made the phone freeze completely with the screen on - holding the volume up and power buttons will shut it down typically.
