Excerpt: Bought mine on 10/10/2013 and started breaking down 0n 11/7/2013. The ear piece is so poor quality you cannot hear clearly when driving, freezes very often when performing basic tasks like scrolling down for contact names, In addition its designed to withstand hard impact but mine only had its screen shuttered just from falling from my lap.The battrey runs out very quickly even without using it extensively.
Pros: connects quickly at times, slim, light
Cons: low quality battery,, poor quality ear piece, very fragile, freezes when in use
Summary: I never actually used this phone to place a call. I couldn't get it to sync with outlook contacts and calendar and I must have this in my smartphone. Sony admitted their software didn't work properly and suggested a rather convoluted work around - which I also had problems with, so I finally gave up and retuirned the phone for a refund. Too bad, it seemed liike a nice phone, but not for me. (I bought mine directly from Sony and returning it was no problem.
Pros: Waterproof and dustproof (not verified by me)
Summary: The worst phone I have ever owned Terrible reception, and a very bad echo. Have spoken to sony on their help line and done all the updates and reset options etc they suggested and the phone is no better. there is only one authorised repairer in Australia and because the phone came from Hong Kong all repairs are at my cost no warrenty applies. The phone is basicaly useless.I will be throughing it in the bin and purchasing something else. DON"T BUY ONE !!!
