Summary: Poor quality. Charging port broke after 6 months of usage due to wear and tear, Sony refused to repair it, saying that charging port is not covered under manufacturer's warranty. I had to pay for repair and now it's no longer waterproof as claimed by Sony.
Summary: Greetings Sr, today when I plugged the charger on the phone, I noticed there was no signal of my SIM card. I thought it was a problem of my phone company. While the phone was being charged, some updates were being done. Later, when the battery was full, I realised it was still with no signal.
Summary: The phone is amazing, but after one week of use it just stop turning on. Nobody wanted to be responsable for the phone, not even Sony or the seller. Do NOT trust the company that sold me this phone.

Summary: This is a very nice phone The phone starts to rebooting itself a week ago. I have tried factory reset for 3 times but didnt solve the issue. Then I called Sony but the phone did not have US warranty. No replies from the seller HassaleFreeCell regarding this but no replies as of yet.
Summary: Had high expectations for this Sony Xperia Acro phone which was known to be a well-built and solid phone. The moment I opened it after receiving it in the mail, I found the port door missing. How could have Sony missed this detail?
