Summary: good afternoon I'm disappointed with the purchase of the phone has many flaws the volume down key is very hard, people do not listen well the microphone has problems NFC does not work and grab free 3g band 900, indeed it seems that was not snugly cell I had one previous well and do not show any of these failures the team is good but that you buy actually has many flaws seems re enhanced, either brought smarttags and charger base in the box no imei with Shows
Summary: Poor quality. Charging port broke after 6 months of usage due to wear and tear, Sony refused to repair it, saying that charging port is not covered under manufacturer's warranty. I had to pay for repair and now it's no longer waterproof as claimed by Sony.

Summary: Recibi este cellular phone con problemas en el tactil, ademas presento fallas con la resolucion. Es lamentable ya que yo soy de Venezuela y es muy dificil realizar la devolución del producto. He perdido mi dinero y mi tiempo con esta compra. Receipt this cell phone with problems on the touchscreen (tactile), also this equipment present faults with the resolution. It is lamentable since I am from Venezuela and it is very difficult to realize the return of the product.
Summary: The phone is amazing, but after one week of use it just stop turning on. Nobody wanted to be responsable for the phone, not even Sony or the seller. Do NOT trust the company that sold me this phone. Sony told me that the company who sold me the phone had to give me a 1 year warranty for any problem, but they litterally told me "we are not warranty providers, sorry" and after that sony told me to go to the place (the country) where I purchase the phone, and guess what?
Summary: Greetings Sr, today when I plugged the charger on the phone, I noticed there was no signal of my SIM card. I thought it was a problem of my phone company. While the phone was being charged, some updates were being done. Later, when the battery was full, I realised it was still with no signal. Then, I tested the sim card in other phone (nokia) and it was perfect.
Summary: This is a very nice phone The phone starts to rebooting itself a week ago. I have tried factory reset for 3 times but didnt solve the issue. Then I called Sony but the phone did not have US warranty. No replies from the seller HassaleFreeCell regarding this but no replies as of yet. Other than this problem this phone is great on ATT network. 12 MP camera is great under water.
Summary: Had high expectations for this Sony Xperia Acro phone which was known to be a well-built and solid phone. The moment I opened it after receiving it in the mail, I found the port door missing. How could have Sony missed this detail? What kind of Quality Control did Sony implement on this so-called flagship model? I was actually more amazed that annoyed by this and I did not even bother to turn on the phone.
