Keep in mind that you're buying a <$100 smartphone !
6 January 2013
Summary: Pros : - Price - GPS (for <$100, it's a deal !!) Cons : - Processor speed - Repetitive bugs, screen goes black - Phone switches off randomly during usage - Poor camera quality - Touch fluidity Conclusion : If you're looking for a cheap smartphone with GPS, then this may be your pick ! As for me, I am already looking for another phone to buy!
Summary: Pros: The phone looks cute and feels solid. It comes with Android 2.1 (btw I bought from wireless everything and it came with 2gb memory card, 2 covers with silver and peal color, and one soft cover protector). The touch screen is responsive and I haven't felt lags so far. its sound quality and signal reception is pretty good. I was somehow concerned with its battery life after reading some comments from other reviewers.
Good for checking your email and the occasional picture

Summary: I was very exited to buy this phone because I was interested in using the built in keyboard to map buttons and play some emulators. I found out however that when pushing more than two keys at the same time that would send the phone to the home screen. Also I listen to a lot of podcast using Dogcatcher and found myself nursing downloads because it would take 4 or 5 retries before the download finished (never had this problem with my Galaxy phone).
Pros: Small yet manageable size. The camera flash is nice and can double up as very good flashlight. QWERTY can be used nicely for a joystick for some emulation fun.
Cons: On android 2.2 or 2.3 it freezes up a lot. When clicking the headphones' button the phone won't always respond correctly.
Excerpt: Once you've unlocked and rooted this phone (Google some guides on using FlashTool), it's actually a very capable phone - with a high-end camera, GPS-oriented features such as geo-tagging and satellite navigation, and pretty much everything you'd expect from a fullsize Android phone. With that said, the main sticking point of this phone - and reason I'm getting rid of it, having tolerated this for less than a month, is the battery.
Pros: Fantastic camera, Android 2.1 capable, Clean, crisp UI, 3.5mm headphone jack, As feature-packed as higher-end smartphones
Cons: BATTERY LIFE, BATTERY LIFE, BATTERY LIFE, Pointless having features if the phone lacks the ability to hold charge for more than 6 hours
Summary: What brand of SIM card do I buy for this phone ? I inserted my Boost Mobile SIM but I can't make any calls . I also inserted a 4g memory card but can't surf the web. I can't find anything on the specs for this phone I've had it for a month now and still haven't been able to use it
Summary: The phone looks like an Iphone and that is where the similarities stop. It is cheap at $60 ($50 plus $10 mandatory insurance)and you get what you pay for. It came with 2 batteries probably because 1 will not last a days use and I am a moderate user (1500 mins a month). It did not meet my expectations and I am going to replace it very soon.
Summary: i like about the phone is the sound is very clear, and the pictures are beautiful. I do not like about the touch screen, sometimes it works and sometimes does not; Right now it is not working at all. Put the battery in is on, but can not unlock it. Take the battery out is off. Can not do anything with it now. It works about 5 days by just turn on a little bit at a time.
Summary: ok it don't work well with my network and it doesn't work with my computer, I tried to register it online but could not find the webpage. I also could not put music on there. So this phone is not for me. It works on phone calls and text messaging but it is hard to handle it because I have to jump through hoops to get it to work. But I am keeping it for my back up phone in case my other one I got gives out or gets lost.
Summary: I bought the CECT KA08 one month ago and was at first impressed by the small size-it looks like a mini iPhone. However, my fascination soon ended when I started using it. The reception was not bad, but the interface was horrible, specifically b/c it is so small. It comes with a mini stylus, which you will HAVE to use when texting. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IF YOU WANT TO TEXT! It is absoutely HORRIBLE.
