They deceptive me because in the offer says NEW, and it means: "New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened item in its original packaging, with all original packaging materials included. THE KEYBOARD IS WRONG! SELLER DID NOT RESPOND TO MY MESSAGE!

Summary: The phone came, worked great and looked like it was new. I soon realized that the keyboard didn't correspond the what it actually typed. So I assume when they refurbished they replaced it with the wrong keyboard. I contacted the seller and there was no response. I got used to the keyboard but still a very frustrating experience.
Summary: I have owned this phone and enjoyed it for two years. It's the only sliding keyboard phone upgradeable to Android 4.x . The camera isn't as good as what I would expect from a Sony and there's a ton of malware you can't uninstall. It also has very little internal memory and you can run out before you've installed half a dozen programs. Even with these flaws, the durability and the keyboard make this phone a win.
Summary: The device arrived sooner than expected - PLUS! Excited to use, the included charger did not meet standards and could not power on the device. Contacted the Shipper and received a response and seemed happy to assist, being apologetic...but I still have the charger and device, awaiting to return. I was sent an email to print out a FedEx label but did not get a chance to go and print it out.
Summary: Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini Pro (U20i) Unlocked GSM Android Smartphone with 5 MP Camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Touchscreen, QWERTY Keyboard--International Version with No U.S. Warranty (Black) was damage to the two days the speaker he was using normally the next day and ran out of the speaker is bad for the product being damaged if a week of use
Summary: I bought 3 already and in less than 7. Months they broke the screen freze on one the second the keyboard fall out and the third just didnt want to turn on i dont know if the seller send me new ítem ir refurbished sucks
Summary: you will get issues with the software it has, as it is a "mini" version of the real phone, you cannot run a lot of games because of the software that is for "mini" phones, freezes a lot, flex went bad like 3 times and had to repair them, it is cheap but at the end you end up paying more for the repairs than for the phone itself. be careful, its a rip off!
Summary: Starting out this phone was great, all the options of a large phone in a small size. Then right at the year mark when I slide it open the screen went black. I contacted Sony service and they said reset and update it. All that did was cause me to lose everything, after more research Its the flex cable...a pain to fix. Now the screen will just go black and lock up for no apparent reason. UPDATE: Downgrading to 1 star.
Summary: The charging connector built into the phone is "fragile" and broke in just about 6 months! I have a Galaxy S2 that is over 1.5 years old and have not had any issues with the charging on that device. Trying to figure out how to get the phone repaired.
