Summary: The device arrived sooner than expected - PLUS! Excited to use, the included charger did not meet standards and could not power on the device. Contacted the Shipper and received a response and seemed happy to assist, being apologetic...but I still have the charger and device, awaiting to return. I was sent an email to print out a FedEx label but did not get a chance to go and print it out.

Summary: I'm ardent user of sony products: i got a vaio, a bravia, a ps3 and a sony shelf mini cd player with ipod connectivity. thus i first hand the quality of sony products but boy was i disapointed with this phone!! i don't really know if it was a software or hardware problem but the fone started freezing every min after about 40 days of usage.
Summary: Loved this phone as soon as I saw it so I bought it on Amazon. Now I regret buying it. The touch screen is very very slow. When I try to answer a call the phone goes off. In the middle of a call, the phone goes off and takes really really long to restart. I almost pelt it out the car window a couple of times. I hate this phone. Okay..not hate. I like the alarm clock. It works well. Other than that, I really hate this phone!
Summary: I bought this cell phone from HassleFreeCell.com and it only worked for 3 months. It then started to disconnect when I was in the middle of talking, bringing me back to the home screen. Also when I called someone, I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. I emailed the website (HassleFreeCell.com) I bought it from and they said they only covered the phone for 30 days and I would need to send it back to Hong Kong, which I had NO IDEA, that is where the phone came from.
Summary: Contacted the seller (Wirelss everything) after the phone stopped working, it did not charge or powered on. Their response was that I had to deal with Sony Asia because it is an 'International Warranty' , that's the kind of customer service you can expect.
Summary: Only 1 month of life, thats was the period of time I can used it without any problem, one day suddenly, the phone turned it off by itself and no matter what I tried, It never reignited again. Apparently it's a problem with the Android version in it and the bootloader, or thats what the other people with the same problem says (No official words about from Sony Ericsson).
