Nice and fun device !!
18 January 2012
Summary: Such a great fun cell phone. Battery last long enough as it should be. A little thick in my pocket once it has covered with case. Nice and perfect size by itself. But it's your choice anyway. Falling in love with it more each day !!
Summary: ive downloaded about 100 apps and no problems what so ever ... the procesor could be a little faster but over all the phone rocks... i love it when im at a car wash or something and i just play while i wait...
Excerpt: As I write this, the Play is a year old device. But while shopping for Phones for other family members, My Son just drooled all over it, so we got it for him free on contract for Christmas. I am very surprised how good of a phone it really is. The reception and call quality is just amazingly good. I would almost recommend it for anyone who makes a lot of calls. It truly is that good. This is a solid built device, and seems really high quality.
Pros: Great gaming phone, Outstanding call quality., Fantastic build quality., Good touchscreen keyboard., Good selection of games just for the Play.
Cons: Unpolished UI, Fair Internet., Lower than expected battery life.
Summary: I recently bought this phone, only because i saw on the Amazon description that the phone works with AT&T or UMTS 850 and actually it doesn't it is WCDMA 900/, it says that the phone works with AT&T but it doesn't, actually what i think is that there should be like a some kind of explanation about the bands and about the R800a that is the one that actually works with HSDPA/UMTS 850, for the people to not get confused when looking for a new phone, at the end i will need...
Summary: I just got my phone a week ago, it's a really good android phone, is kind of thick but if you like gaming, is worth it cause of the controlers. But the little problem is when I bougth this some I didn't read any specification that it was a European phone. I live in Latin Ameria and I cant use the 3G network, jusrt the EDGE and GPRS, that is really sad, is a waste of a phone. Do not buy a R800i if is meant to go to latin america, get a R800a.
Summary: It's great, love it, play games all day. I needed a phone, looked like fun. I love the games, the dual cameras, and all of the other features. Wish it had a bigger screen. This phone is so much better than all of the other phones I had ever owned. I wanted one with android, preferably 4G, and this has everything plus some.
Summary: The phone is decent and I really liked the Built-in Joypad. I have installed few emulators such as ffps from Playstation 1 and it was smoothly running most ps1 games. However, the biggest letdown is the phone memory and bloatware. The phone has a very small internal memory (Close to 380mb) and all apps must be installed in the internal memory first (You could move some apps to the micro SD card later).
