Summary: This is the best phone a gamer can have. No other phone on the market has a D-PAD and buttons so that you can play your favorite NES, Genesis, SNES, GAMEBOY etc games with emulators. I like the fact that when you look at it the phone it looks like a normal Android phone when really it sports an amazing gaming controller that is optimized for over 100+ games in the Android Market. Playing games on the go has never been this easy!
Summary: The product wasn't the new one It has scratch on the casing and the box filled with plastic. Some books missing and the box where the phone original lying gone If it was advertised with second hand condition i will understand The phone is still ok because i use it still 2 month long The front camera looks like have black and white effect, it auto turned on or it broke i don't know So becareful more and more Better you buy at the original store
Great for gaming, bad for almost everything else but being a phone.

Summary: The xperia play is a great phone for emulation and playing many games off the android market. But if your looking for in deaf endless access to many apps of the Play store or texting, this phone isn't too good of a option. It runs off a outdated Android OS. Which is really disappointing for such a great gaming phone.
Summary: Worst phone I've ever owned! By the time you download a couple apps and get maybe one of the games in, you're out of memory. The digitizer screen has a mind of it's own when trying to type as it throws out letters you aren't even typing. I replaced the first one with the insurance which cost me $50 bucks, and the new phone did the exact same thing! Cannot wait to be rid of this phone!!!!
Summary: the phone is very responsive.it makes game play fun.battery life in stand by, and game play, is excellent most phone battery"s die after a few games, THIS ONE KEEPS ON GIVING.And the android system makes everything better.
Get it if you like playing SNES NES SEGA MAME PS1 GBA GBC

Summary: Pretty average phone overall, the screen can be laggy sometimes and take a minute to two to get back to normal. If you are just looking for a decent andriod phone with a gamepad built in this is a good phone. If you are looking for anything else you probably should check better reviews..
Summary: Nice phone, game functionality is nice. The 'thumb pads' on the game pad don't always work, even in games that claim to be compatible, and pretty poor response so far in the games where it does work. Button layout for gaming is a little cramped for adult hands. The system update will apparently only work through the Verizon network on the unit I purchased, the Sony software for my PC won't even recognize the phone when it's plugged into the USB port, although Windows has...
Summary: It's just excellent, as a smartphone and as a game console, if you can get emulators you can have a Snes, Gameboy, Gameboy Andvance, and obviously play station one. Also as a smartphone it runs almost every application without problems, and the integration of the mobile to the social networks is great. I just loved it. Some people say it's kind of big, and yes.. it is, but it has a Great screen, with an excellent resolution (even without bravia engine). Excellent.
