Summary: The day I bought Sony Xperia Neo V phone had problems. It was shutting down about 3 times a day, so I called Sony to get it fixed. They only kept on asking to update software. But after about 2 months, the phone completely shut off. Took it to a service center where they determined the board is bad. But Sony wants me to ship it at my cost, and they need the phone for 10 working days and then they will ship it back.
Pros: Responsive, but not too many things
Cons: Phone shuts off for no reason, battery gets hot, and bad customer service.
