Summary: Just got this in now. While the hd screen and the rich colour profile are great assets and there's a nice glossy build feel... Regular headsets (ie. headphones with a mic on the cable) DO NOT WORK!! Only approved SONY headsets work with this bad girl - this is crazy stuff!
Summary: Having had a few weeks to get to grips with the phone I can now air my likes and dislikes. To start with I think that Sony Ericsson have got a winner here. Smart in more ways than just looks and generally easy to handle; as an 87 year old I find some of the buttons are a bit fiddly - particularly...
Summary: I was in my early 20's when mobiles started becoming more main stream (yes, now pushing 40). In those days we got excited about the fact that you could choose up to 5 different ring tones when someone called you. Something like the Xperia Arc S was true science fiction.
Summary: I'm not gonna repeat everything that this amazing phone can do because other people have already done that. What I can tell you is that I would not think about going to SGII or HTC, the Arc S is the best one.
Summary: I bought the Xperia Arc S because of a limited promotion my carrier has offered (in Portugal). For under 100 euros it was a steal, even if the result might prove to be just average. Surprise, surprise. All the pros and cons of the other reviews are true and no need to repeat them here.
Excerpt: I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia arc that I am very pleased with. It is Small and handy and take a good photo.Screen is large and it is easy to read texts. Good that you can directly upload them on Facebook. I think there is a slight disadvantage when to send sms, I think the letters are a bit small.
