Summary: Finally received the phone...as described but it took more than six weeks from when ordered. Sure, it came from China...but really? Unacceptable in this day and age and especially at the price.

Summary: This phone is unbranded (meaning you cannot get it from your local at&t or T-Mobile store here in the U.S.) So since the phone is unbranded forget about customer service help from your wireless carrier. All they tell you is contact Sony Ericsson.
Summary: Amazon did not specify it was "used". On receipt it was in spanish and had 1100 spanish songs loaded on it which I had to delete individually. The reception isn't good either. My old "english" model was great for reception. No very impressed at all. £100 wasted!!!!

Summary: Okay so personally i really enjoyed this phone, fast on the web, great multimedia services, and i loved the stand and camera and many other things... But, watch out when buying this phone, firstly because I've learned through mine and others, that some ones dont play videos on youtube etc. online.
