Excerpt: I owened this cell for 1 year and i can tell is one of the best phone i ever used..very good music quality,4 gb memory that allow you to load music and applicatin like navigator, dictionary, dvx player and so on. RADIO with Rds.Good battery life and sys speed. I just had a couple of freezing, everything ok after tun it off. It came with nice headphone and separate speakers..
Summary: On the immediate,it is a responsive and comfortable phone.after closer examination, the lack of a camera in a phone this size is odd,to say the least.absence of an expandable memory port definitely overshadows the 4 gigs of onboard storage, but it is EXACTLY what it says it is.a music phone.and in that regard,it gets my praise in spades.
Excerpt: when i first came acrosss this i was like WHAT! it has no camera but the more i thought about, the more it occured to me how silly cameras on mobile phones are! 3 2 1 and some as low as 0.3 (vga) megapixels on phone camers just sounds like toys compared to proper digital cameras which have 8 and above megapixels so to me this phone seems really smart that SE decided to create a music oriented symbian touch phone without a stupid novelty camera.
Pros: symbian Os, Infrared + Bluetooth, Walkman 2.0 with album art, big touchscreen, good size and weight, jogdial, no camera :)
Cons: no backlight display, only one colour, needs 3.5mm headphone jack
Excerpt: This SonyEricsson model I think is great with all options it has. The bad thing is that this phone dont have camera but I think it was made for other things to do. Also the fantastic thing is touch screen for me it’s some kind like PDA.
Excerpt: The Sony Ericsson W950i has an internal memory of a massive 4GB, lots of storage to store photos, games, music and videos on. There is lots of room to fit around 1,000 songs onto the small mobile.
Excerpt: This phone is not for kids. It has no camera, but who cares?(kids)...you have one at home anyways...the music player is simply astounishing, very clear sound with tons of effects. sound quality beats any other music player i've used(ipods,xen..etc). This thing runs symbian os, therefore it really isn't much of a phone, more like a pocket pc. you can load it with tons of usefull software.
Summary: This phone has serious technical problems. It would freeze up and say low memory (main while I had nothing! no music, nothing! on the phone). The only way to get it working was to take out its batteries and put it back in. It had no manual in English. It just had three different languages and lots of books but none that could help you. This phone was way too expensive for all the trouble I have been through. I have lost way too much money and time.
