Excerpt: THIS PHONE IS TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY I've had 3 different ones since August (10 months) and they all crap out. THe first one stopped working in the speaker on the top, so I had to use speaker phone to talk to anyone. The second they sent me as a replacement wouldn't see the SIN card, and thus wouldn't work. This last one I had to fight with Fido to give me (only 6 months into warranty), they wanted me to send it to sony and have it repaired on my dime! NoNoNonO!

They asked for all details and then have refused to respond for more than a month.
Summary: This is not a good choice of phone. Within one month of having it the entire phon went blank, I had to pay to have the Operating Software reinstalled and sad to say the phone developed a new problem it only vibrates, there's no sound....BAD PHONE...DON'T PURCHASE.
Summary: Avoid this one. I've gone through 3 of these, and they all just stopped working for no apparent reason. I have a Razor phone that is all cracked and looks like it was picked out of a garbage can, and it still works. This sony phone is the worst phone I've ever had. Nobody else seems to have problems with them! I'll never buy one again !
Pros: comprei um aparelho com perspectiva e me decepcionei pois,com menos de 15 dias de uso o mesmo apresentou defeito., Tenho plena convicção que o vendedor não me deu garantia,mas considero isso muito ruim tanto para o mercado livre que na minha opinião deveria ser feito uma supervisão mais criteriosa nos produtos que são anuciandos quanto ao vendedor.Agora pagarei de novo pelo produto, já que terei que consertá-lo.
