Summary: Cool little phone. Finding the USB cable requires some digging. But, it is small and has many fetures not found on other phones. The flip feature for the key pad is nice. Yiou can scroll threw the music without opening the flip section.
Summary: This phone was working as expected. However in August 2012, I connected it for the first time to the computer to download some music. The phone suddenly went dead and so I contacted Sony Experia Customer Service to see if they could repair or replace it. That was in August and the beginning of my troubles. In September, they asked me to send the phone over to them which I did and I tracked it as arrived in their Laredo Tx repair centre.
Summary: I disliked this phone because, when I got the phone it worked just fine, but then it started to die and I plugged my charger into the phone and it wouldn't charge. So now I have to find a new phone with a good charger.
Excerpt: Good sound, too techy for me...too much AT&T stuff on menu-more reasons to spend money...keypad is WAY TOO SMALL!!!!! i was always hittin a wrong button...not my cup of tea...I just wanted somethin' simple...this phone is not it...I activated it & then instantly called 611 to exchange it...thought it would rock when I rolled but it was just a tiny pain in my neck!
