The best musical clamshell

pragmaticguy, Ebay

  • Summary: If all you want is comfortable calls and great music experience in one device, and you also are a flip-type mobile phone fan (which I am) - this is the thing for you. Also includes: java applications & games, FM radio, bluetooth, IrDA, USB, and internet connectivity with WAP, GPRS and EDGE standards. The model is old, but it does what it suppose to very well. Worth the price, in my opinion.

Great Phone

  • Excerpt: I've had the cell phone for qute a while now and love it.One of its big attractions was the battery life. I can charge it and it lasts for days and days. I also bought this phone because I do a lot of travelling and wanted to have a phone with good music capabilities. The sound and function fo the phone are pretty good.one draw back is that it can be tricky to get tunes onto the phone.

Sony Ericsson - W300i is an incredibly good investment

  • Excerpt: Easy to use. Fairly large keys. Good texting options.  Excellent battery.  Good pictures and fair video.  Not a phone for those who wanted the latest technology, but an excellent, solid choice.  Easy to create or import one's own ring tones. My phone has been dropped numerous times with no harm.  Many options available on the phone that I do not use.  My family have gone through several cell phones while my phone refuses to die.

  • Excerpt: I really like the Sony Ericsson phones.  They have a long battery life and they lots of options to personalize.  The Sony Ericsson website has plenty of free games, themes, music, etc.  This phone is very durable and has good radio reception, all thought the speakers are sometimes not clear.

  • Excerpt: I got this phone for free when I extended my contract with AT&T for 2 years.  I like the phone although I don't use all of it's features, which include mp3 player, radio, camera, bluetooth ready, calendar and more.  I like that it plays music.  The battery lasts a long time, unless you are using bluetooth features a lot.  The phone is light weight and easily fits in a pocket, which is a convenint feature with vibrate on if you are in a loud place.

The Sony Erricson Phone is a Good Phone.

  • Excerpt: I really like the Sony Erricson. It does have alot of features that I like. It does take pictures, has a calendar, organizer, shop for games, ringtones, etc. Your basic features that most phones have. I do like that it has FM radio, so I do not have to tag along the MP3 player if I want to go for a walk, jsut take the phone and turn on the radio. I also like the fitness program. My kids think its cool also. It keeps track of all of your steps, calories burned etc.

This phone will last through 10,000 drops

  • Excerpt: Even after dropping this phone on a daily basis, it has continued to serve its purpose. I can run and talk with this phone because it has the MP3 player and FM radio. I didn't like that you to only use the earpiece for it to work but nothings perfect. This phone can be loud or soft. I used it as my alarm clock. I am a school teacher so the phone has to be durable and clear. At least four of my parents had this same phone. I have used it for two years.

Like it but doesnt hold many MP3s and its dying after a year.

  • Excerpt: The Sony Ericsson - W300i is a compact flip phone that features:  MP3 player, radio, voicemail, caller id, SMS capability, and MP3s may be used as custom ringtones. The MP3 player is a great feauture but it does not hold a large number of songs (15-20). Unlike the MP3 player, the radio feature requires the user to attach the included headphones which act as the antenna.
