Excerpt: I bought a pair of these phones in early 2006, reconditioned, as unblocked GSM phones for my wife & I to keep in touch while overseas...paid $65 each. By buying SIM cards, we've used them twice in Paris and once all over New Zealand...worked just fine. In the U.S.
Excerpt: Everybody who compares this phone to a V3 or P910 or anything is wasting air because the fact is you cant compare it there 3 years apart at least, be that as it may i believe it still holds its own is worth everyt penny First of all it is very light and very small, great for anyone lacking space in...
Excerpt: I picked up an unlocked T68i for about $100 USD. Stuck my US T-Mobile SIM in it and haven't looked back. I gave it a 4.5 and not a 5 simply because it has a "plastic" feel to it (and it is made in China not Sweden). The biggest complaint that I have read about this phone is the RF performance.
Excerpt: I have used nokias ( 3300,3500,8000 series) Motorolas v60i, Siemens 4X and nothing compares to the T68i. The menu is a bit slow but as far as reception and battery life you cant beat it. I've had the phone 7 months now and have had no problems what so ever.
Excerpt: I loved the T68i. It was a well designed phone with intuiative software. The phone performed well; however, AT&T's GSM (in Chicago) is not ready for prime time. I wanted to hold onto my T68i but was having trouble getting a signal. One rep blamed the phone saying "don't stand under a tree.
Excerpt: I got the t68i for christmas and i say its the most advaned phone out there. Did you know that this phone was the first phone to have mms. No other phone can touch this phone ever. The battery life is amazing and the reception, i can't find words to explain.........................
Excerpt: This phone is by far the Best thing to come out in the Market. Especially with the new R2E firmware update makes it unique. I only wish sonyericsson would come out with a T68i2 (as in I to the 2nd power) with 65k colors and polyphonic sound on the phone. And a bigger screen!
