Excerpt: This is an extremely basic...again...BASIC phone. The sound quality is exceptional, the graphics are ok, and the design is what kept us from giving it a ZERO. It is small and compact...that is what most cellular phone users want these days. But our main problem is with the SCREEN. It is TERRIBLE.
Excerpt: I am on my third phone this year... same model under warranty exchange, my wife is on her second... the only reason I kept going back, was that I couldn't find any New ATT phones due to the merger... I finally made the switch to cingular... lost minutes and paying more...
Excerpt: I truly wish I hadn't gotten this phone. I feel I'm being generous by giving it a 2.0 rating. I got this phone free from Cingular when signing up with them a year and a half ago. At first, I had a lot of troubles with the SIM card and had to deal with the Cingular customer service.
Excerpt: This thing was great at first but, in retrospect, I suspect that I was just infatuated with the color screen and the web ability (my first for both). It was also the most similar in size to the Nokia I was replacing because of a recent service change.
Excerpt: I work for Cingular this was the first Cingular phone that I owned. I recommend a Motorola or Samsung product instead. This phone is not very good. I now have a Motorola V400 and it is an improvement. The one thing I can say is a plus is the battery life.
Excerpt: I don't like this phone. The coverage is the worst of any phone that I have ever had, and the display is a poor excuse for a color screen. It is, however, lightweight and compact, with an easy-browsing menu, but the bad far outweighs the good.
