Excerpt: This phone was awesome at first.. and I stress at first. It was very appealing to a Freshman in college, it had pretty good ring tones, it was small and it was FREE through Centennial Wireless. About two months of owning the phone it started to act weird. After I went away to college and came home my service had greatly declined. Now I get almost no service in my apartment and it frequently does very strange things and almost locks up.
Excerpt: ive had this phone for about a year now, and it is the WORST phone that i have ever had... its even worse than my old black and white phone also by sony ericsson. the only good thing about this phone is that it is light, small, and the sound when talking to someone is good... i wouldnt even go that far.
Excerpt: This phone was a supposed upgrade from the S/E T68i that I had previously. It's a cheap phone that didn't have the features that my T68i had. The battery life is much poorer than my previous phone. The audio is marginal at best. The RF performance was better than my T68i, but still lacks in comparison to other phones. Battery life is very poor, even though I had carefully conditioned the Li-ion battery at first use.
Excerpt: I am very disappointed in the T226. I have switched to GSM from TDMA in order to get all the new features and options available. We recently had an emergency where my daughter was involved in an accident. We had 6 dropped calls, no signal, and when we finally got connected we couldn't hear each other. This is local in Oklahoma City so there shouldn't be a problem with a signal.
