Excerpt: I am from Chile and i have this phone since november 2010. When y bougth it, i was very happy, because finally a have a Walkman, but ... This phone is very slow. Sometimes you can answer the phone!!! The battery is poor and the alarm doesn´t work every time ... it is a bad phone.
Excerpt: It does not have the tons of apps that you could probably get for free in android and apple phones. Hey, I have my laptop and tablet for those applications. I also have my digicam for taking pictures. Who needs a super awesome phone when I have all those? Not that I’m trying to justify why I have this phone. I just like it. I like using it. As long as it works and it looks good then I’ll keep it.
Summary: I get a battery life on my more-than-two-year-old Spiro of slightly over a week. The size is perfect... I really don't want to carry around some Smartphone with much greater weight and size and a limited battery life. I use it mostly as a phone. It has fallen on the floor countless times and works like a charm. Here in Spain it cost me only 29 Euros, and I'll be sad when it eventually wears out. Maybe I just got a good 'un.
Summary: Within 1 day of owning this phone, it refused to read my memory card about 6 times, would crash, randomly reboot, had MANY scratches, and the battery life was simply appalling. I had 24% battery power when I got on the bus, the ride was 3 miles long, there was no traffic, and I'd say the bus averaged maybe 45mph, I had 4% when I got off the bus.
Summary: It is better to burn your money. I already stopped buying from Sony Ericsson forever, i had the first version of this phone (really good one), that´s why i bought the spiro w100, and it´s trash: The in build processor is the crappiest found in 1983, I have to wait the reaction of the commands i gave to the buttons, memory failure is usual, turns off for nothing, it goes alone into internet, dials alone too.
Pros: nothing after one day.
Cons: The Sony Erricsson Spiro product, review: Trash
Summary: Its the most useless phone ive ever had the misfortune to own .memory changes depending on how it feels , can go from 3mb to out of memory in seconds , then back up to 3mb after a reboot, it turns itself off for no reason , it wont send messages longer than one at a time , if it recieves 2 messages together too quickly it freezes you need to reboot, messages are lost as it thinks youv'e read them , BATTERY LIFE IS USELESS, a day on standby if youre lucky , i could go on...
