Summary: this phone is actually pretty good. it is an old model though. but nevertheless its pretty high tech. this phone would probably be good for business people since it has all the applications needed. the phone can run several applications at once which can be a plus but this also makes it lag a little bit and it can eat up your battery if you forget to close them. the internet it great on the phone. its very fast. i LOVE the handwriting recognition.
Summary: The P990i is quite business class, if you must say. The screen is not quite as vivid as most of the new cellular telephones out on the market now, but you will find an array of business class manageablitiy, fairly priced smart phone applications available, user friendly quick to learn interfaces and a very nice fairly loud, rich and full media player signed with sony's signature cell phone 2 megapixel digital camera autofocus they have recently released.
Summary: Even though the P990i is used it's still stands up to the competitors with its light weight ad PDA functions this cell which is an upgrade from the 910 is worth it because it suites my purpose the multimedia and the video conversation is excellent that is your local provider offers this service the web browser is as just as good but that depends on what your using it for and its durability is good because this can take a fall and still function but that also depends on...
Summary: I bought it because i need mobile internet and to keep up with my email. i like that it's easy to use and has most pda feats and also a cam. What i don't like is that att has limitations on this and it's slow due to the internal memory. But for the price i paid, ot ok!
Review from old Ericsson & Sony-Ericsson die-hard fan
23 May 2008
Summary: This is truly an excellent and feature-packed handset. The 2M digital camera with digital zoom and flash and lens cover are a huge improvement over the old 600K version in the P800/P900/P910 series with no flash and no lens cover, but a little low compared to todays standards that can reach as high as 10M like the Samsung.
Summary: I have been using this phone over 6 months. Pros : Its a Smart phone. Its also a 3G phone -- 3G is one of the best technology for faster internet on phones. you can do video conferencing via phone( you see people while talking on phone). You can watch live streaming video with out wait. T-Mobile USA is going to launch 3G network capabilities in summer 2008 as per web sources.
Summary: For a while I used just a regular cell phone. But recently I figured I'd move up with the times and get a smart phone, especially becuase I commute a lot on the train. With that being said i wanted A phone that also had a built in FM radio so i could stay up to date with traffic and weather, and not get bored of what was downloaded on my memory card.
Excerpt: I own this phone and its just too good. Its very user friendly and the best part is that the whole phone can be used via its jog dail. The speakers kind of suks but who cares, it has everything else.
