Summary: I received the phone yesterday, 7-10-13. In the description of the phones, it specifically stated it was "unlocked". It was not, and I was able to contact AT&T who provided me with a code to unlock. Also, the memory slot given as part of the package, was not 8 gigs, it was a 2 gig card.
Excerpt: I bought it in August 2010. I liked it at first but soon I realised I made a mistake. I thought Symbian wasn't that bad but now I'd never recomment a Symbian phone! Even though it's the best S^1 phone hardware-wise it's still slow.
Pros: Small and light, Okay-ish camera and video recording
Cons: Symbian - so slow and buggy!, Resistive screen, All-plasticky design, Quiet speaker, Bad battery
Summary: Was hoping a lot more from this phone, spent a lot of money and wanted something remotely close to my the cost paid. It does work just not as user friendly as I hoped for, would rec the upgraded phone over this one.
Excerpt: i bought this phone because of the camera. i see every where it has a good camera. but my old phone which is LG renor it also has 8MP but it is much better than this one. i don't like the camera that much because old phone is better that this. the screen touch isn't good aswell because sometimes i have to press hard for it to work and it is not accurate aswell. i need to uppload some softwares but they are not compatible with the phone.
Summary: I bought this phone and returned it a week later. I have AT&T service and was un-able to get picture messages. I called Sony, AT&T and no one was able to help me. The features of the phone is great, but too compact for me. Texting was too time consuming, and placing a call was not that easy as well. I like the look and what it offered but it needs to be in a much larger body.
