Summary: This phone started off really awesome had a wonderful time using it. After a few months that's when the problem started happening I would lose battery power even though all the programs where closed and the phone was never used. The second problem is the time would be delayed it would go back a few minutes not being accurate and you would have to sync or update the time manually.
Summary: Out of the box the video button didn't work. The camera only works when using the touch screen to focus. I can't take pictures with any other focus setting, including autofocus. After saving phone numbers on the phone, only some of the names pop up when I am called or texted, making it basically impossible to figure out who is contacting me without memorizing their number. Also, the first time I opened the plastic piece over the charging plug, it broke off.
Summary: It was a really bad experience because the touch screen doesn't work when you touch it lightly you have to touch it very hard lots of times than it works and it goes off when your in a middle of a conversation. So I give it 1/5 at every thing.
Summary: I had this phone in June of this year and it died on me two weeks ago! Was trying to download some pictures from the phone onto the computer and left it there for, like, 20 minutes and it burned the motherboard of the phone. The picture quality was superb, that's about it. All the other negatives like, can't download pictures nor send 'em, etc, and too many to list. Just stay away from this model will save you lots of headaches and money.
Summary: I've been using Sony Ericsson for almost a decade now and this is easily the worst of the brand's list of phones. Let's see, where to start... Scolling is a problem. There's no way to scroll one line at a time, so if you have a long list of contacts or messages that require you to scroll, you will have a hard time stopping at the right point you want it to. Changing screen orientation is not very sensitive.
