Summary: i bought this as a gift to my friend father who work in industry his father used rugby earlier and he was looking for new one, as some problem with rugby after so many years of abnormal usage(like dropping from several floor high, chemical, etc). at first, all were laughing as the phone factor looked uncommon and big, as some kind of hitech scientific device, but once he caught in hand, its lighter than it looks and sturdy, and the phone is nice to work.
Summary: The main feature of this phone is that it is the most durable cell phone in the world. You can literally do anything to it, it will survive. For example, you can submerge the phone in water and it will still work. You can also drop the phone and the screen won’t shatter. It is tested to meet military guidelines so it can also withstand high and low temperatures, shock and vibration.
Excellent, easy to use, durable phone that is worth every penny!

Summary: The is a very versatile, and durable phone. I purchased it because I want a basic phone; that is exactly what it is. Yes, it has web capabilities, speaker phone, bluetooth, etc... however, I didn't want to be forced into a data plan and this phone is perfect! My battery lasts over a week with normal use, and the functionality is very simple and easy. I recommend this phone to everyone!
Pros: Battery life is downright ridiculous. I charge my phone probably once a month. The phone is as rugged as any phone would ever need to be. Shockproof, waterproof, you name it. My phone also gets excellent reception relative to the other phones that I'
Cons: It's hardly a con, but this phone has the features of a circa 1992 Motorola flip phone. However, if you're looking at one of these you already know that going into it.
If you need a phone that can survive the elements this is a great choice.

Summary: This phone is not designed to do everything, It is not designed to be a smartphone and handle internet, multimedia, and applications with flying colors. It was designed to fit a niche market, durability and ease of use, and it excels at what it does.
Summary: No...really, it did. We had a richochet at the range, .40 jhp, had the phone sitting on the bench...suddenly it was flying. We picked up the phone, it was still on. Tore it up, obviously, but it WAS STILL ON!! We now know what the guts of one of these phones look like. Sent it in and got a new one in about a week. They did call out of curiousity wanting to know what happened, the response was "Oh, ok, new one's on the way." What?! Has this happened before?!
Summary: Finally a REAL heavy duty phone. Not a lightweight pretender like Motorolla's Tundra. It feels substantial and it is. No flip screen to break and I don't have to put it back in my truck as soon as a few raindrops fall. I'd forgotten what it felt like to have a battery last three or four days. If you want to watch movies and send messages get something fancy but if you want to be able to work or play outside and make phone calls when it counts, get a Sonim.
Summary: I've had this phone for a month now. I am elated over the ruggedness of the phone. You should know going in that this is not a 4G touch screen superplex phone. It is what it is. The most durable phone on the planet. I can make calls in the rain, drop it on the sidewalk when my hands are full, etc... That is what I wanted, and that is what this phone gives. By the way, it isn't bare bones.
Summary: My boyfriend is man's man so his phone had to be one that's made for men - Durable enough to withstand his lifestyle of mountain biking, adventure hiking and construction. He couldn't be happier with it.
