Excerpt: This phone is awesome if you love to text/aim. It is a rather large phone - but is easy to get use to. I do wish that you could recieve picture messages. You do have to send/rec picture messages via email. Sidekick users tend to stay with this phone and upgrade as you get use to it. It does offer a full keyboard which makes text messaging easy. i love this phone!
Excerpt: What can I say about my sidekick...It is always by my side but not always making me happy. Seems to always be out of memory and yet I do not use it often or take advantage of all its resources. This leaves me discouraged. I have spoken to tmobile care services often and between the dropped calls which they say may have something to do with the phone its self and the fact that I can barely use all the resources to enjoy the phone fully.
Excerpt: The sidekick is one of the worst phone I have ever had. After using it for a couple of months I switched back to my razor (1st generation) cause it was so bad. If you don't get the data package then the time will not update and all the numbers in the phone will gets lost when the battery runs out.
Excerpt: I pre-ordered this phone as soon as I heard that they were coming out and I have not regretted that for one day. I had tried a different web enabled phone back in October of last year and ended up taking back after 2 days because it was not user friendly in the least. The Sidekick is not only user friendly, but compact, and totally cute. I love how easy it is to check my facebook or twitter status and how easy it is to browse the internet.
Excerpt: My boyfriend gave my this phone as my old cell phone would not get recepition in my house, this phone actually works in my house when no other phone will. I love the phone. It is great if you like to text. Cons of the phone it is a little on the big side and the roll ball on the phone is very touchy. I have accidently called the wrong people many times however I will say it could be user error...judge for yourself.
The Sidekick is great for texting, but, not user friendly

Excerpt: I got the sidekick when I started texting because the touch phone I had was difficult to use due to my arthritis. It works great for texting and I love that the light changes color to tell you that you have a message, however, it is not user friendly and the volume isn't loud enough.
Poorly made and poor customer service in regards to replacement

Excerpt: I have had trouble with this phone since I purchased it a year ago. T-mobile has not been helpful AT ALL. I have received at least 5 refurbished phones to replace it and each refurbished sidekick 3 has malfunctioned as well. It has come to a point where it is almost worth it to just break down and get a new phone.
Excerpt: This phone was made poorly. It broke in very little time. When it did work, it had very few advantages over other phones. The only thing i liked was the plan tmobile had for text and web because it was cheaper than other phones. Other than that, horrible phone. Get a different phone for about the same price with a qwerty keypad and internet capabilities and you will be much happier.
Excerpt: not even having the phone a year the back light went out..in order to replace the phone i have to send it own at my own cost to get if replaced, the trackball works when it wants to, you can not view videos or some pages as you can on other devices
