The mobile phone also supports 65 K colors (TFT) 854 x 480 pixel resolutions display, a 3.2 MP camera with flash, zoom, auto focus and has Video Recorder capabilities. The phone also features an MP3 that supports MP3 / AAC file format, speakerphone, 854 x 480 px wallpapers and screensavers, MP3 ringtones, Themes and J2ME games. It also has SMS / EMS / MMS / Email (POP3 / IMAP4 / SMTP protocol support), chat capabilities (for AOL / Windows Live / Yahoo!) and Auto Text function. The phone also supports a 2000 entry phonebook, calendar, to-do list, allows WAP 2.0 HTML browsing, and has Voice Commands and a Calculator. The Sidekick LX 2009 supports connectivity via Bluetooth 2.0 (A2DP/AVRC/DUN/HFP/HSP/OPP), HSDPA high speed data transfer, GPS with Live Search and PC Sync via USB 1.1.

So I've had a Sidekick since waaaaaaay back when they released the color. That is how much I have loved these phones. Needless to say I picked up this phone as soon as it came out. I was immediately in love with the new design as well as the AMAZING HD screen... So beautiful. I quickly noticed that this thing CHUGS. Although they made a few asthetic changes, they failed to actually upgrade the hardware so its like running Vista on an old computer. Lag lag lag... The 3G... Read more
ive had a behold, memoir, 8900, and g1. now i just got the sidekick lx 2009.over all for what i mainly use my phone the lx 09 has them all beat all its missing is a touch screen. i wont say its better then these other top phones, but i will say if you looking for a good cam with flash, full browser, keyboard and a sharpe looking phone, check it out.
