Decent phone

  • Excerpt: I got this phone in 2005 from a relative for £30 and I have to say it was one hell of a bargain. The phone has a great large screen and a nice sleek look and has bundles of features, from a camera to WAP access. However, it lacks in some of the more up-to-date areas. I was dissapointed to find that the phone did not have Bluetooth, a must have in my opinion, and I still have not been able to succesfully transfer a file by its infrared to this date.
  • Pros: Lots of features, long battery life
  • Cons: No bluetooth, poor infrared capabilities

  • Excerpt: I got this sharp gx10i mobile in 2005 as a birthday present and have cannot fault it since. The battery life is great for a phone of that is quite full of technolgy. It features a dual data cable and charger port. You can add extra games to the 1 current game that is on their as well as extra tunes. The camera has very good quality for a phone of its age.
  • Pros: Great range of tunes and games around for this mobile
  • Cons: Bulky but you cannot fault it really

  • Excerpt: i used to love my phone but now i am becoming to loath it. There isnt much space to store things like games and ringtones. If your a photo person you cant have much more than 30 photos. The phone comes with infrared but i dont know why as you cant use it for anything i have tryed. The phone its self looks nice and is a good size. The texts are easy to use but on a down side doesnt come with any emotions to put in you text. With good selection of ringtones and a goodish camera...
  • Pros: the camera is good
  • Cons: you cant really recieve ringtones off others

  • Excerpt: I have had my phone for about 5 months now, I bought it off a mate who was upgrading his. Since having this phone I have had no serious problems, occasional problems connecting to Vodafone live, but I suspect that it because of where I live. The camera is good, menu system can be a bit confusing to start with but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. Downloads Java games and ringtones without any problems.
  • Pros: Smart, Easy to use
  • Cons: Little bit bulky,

  • Excerpt: I have owned one of these phones for 2 years now and have not experienced any problems. The durabilty of this phone is very good, i have dropped it on countless occasions and nothing has gone wrong, unlike the nokias whereas if they are dropped the screen messes up. the menus are quite similar to that of the nokia phones just different categories. The phone comes with all the basics such as calender, calculator, currency converter, alarm, voice recording.
  • Pros: Clam Shell design improves durability
  • Cons: infrared blocked to modem only
