During the glory days before today's modern smartphones dominated the airwaves with their youth oriented attractions, the of devices managed to enthrall the hip and young crowd with its meticulous attention on social features. Unfortunately, the Sidekick was axed out of nowhere and was thought to be done for good – especially when smartphones began to be appealing to the younger generation. Read more

Conclusion The Sharp FX is the perfect replacement for the QuickFire in both form factor and features. Though it’s not a smartphone, you do get a lot of features including a full compliment of AT&T’s MediaNet services and digital mobile TV, GPS with AT&T Navigator support, a nice social networking app and a full HTML web browser. Other things it has going for it include a large keyboard, good 3G speed and a 3.5mm stereo audio jack. Read more

    • The Sharp FX's touch screen is laggy, and the cramped menus are frustrating. Also, the mediocre call quality cast a shadow on what would otherwise be a promising phone.

This is the phone I have right now and I’m not especially happy with it. I don’t hate it, it has an okay camera, and it came with some good games and apps, but it’s speed, touch screen and keyboard quality, and overall quality, leave much to be desired. The phone is extremely slow when receiving Multimedia Messages. Read more

I think that this phone is well above the rating that it has. Even though its drops calls, like the iPhone, the Droid RAZR will be knocked out of the competition for the best phone when everyone tries it. Read more

    • The keyboard is excellent and easy to type on. The phone is very good with apps and music, and the Mobile TV is the best ever! I wish that this phone had its own show ...
